Delivery Policy
- Once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail.
- The Pre-Order items will be produced after your purchase and will be ready to ship in the estimated delivery time as stated on the product detail page.
- The items that are in stock will be processed and shipped in two business days.
- Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- For domestic orders, our delivery takes 1-7 business days.
Exchange & Return Policy
- Unfortunately, made to order items are non-returnable except for incorrect or faulty items.
- Unused and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. However we don’t offer free return service.
- Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any signature packaging materials.
- Custom monogrammed items cannot be exchanged nor returned.
- Once you purchase a customizable item, it can not be monogramed after receiving the actual item.
- Made to order products, bespoke products which are made as per specific requirements and may be personalised or numbered. These cannot be resold.
- To avoid disappointment, please feel free to contact us.
- We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods.
